Cancellation Policy
General Terms and Conditions for Booking Appointments When booking, the client will be asked to pay a deposit to bank account BE39 0689 3845 4819. The client can book an appointment via the online booking system, by telephone, or by email. Once booked and confirmed, an appointment can only be rescheduled once, by mutual agreement between the service provider and the client. The deposit will also be rescheduled once. If the client reschedules the same appointment more than once, they will forfeit the deposit as compensation for the missed appointments. Appointments must also be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the deposit will also be forfeited.
